Refund Policy

The refund policy is subject to the vendor. The policy for Vibe Trip is as follows, below are the details:

National

• 30 Days or More Before Departure – 25% of the trip cost will be deducted and the rest will be refunded as a credit note.
• 15 to 30 Days Before Departure – 50% of the trip cost will be refunded as a credit note.
• Less than 15 Days Before Departure – No refund will be provided.

International

• Before 45 Days of Departure – 25% of the trip cost will be deducted and the rest will be refunded as a credit note.
• Before 31 Days of Departure – 50% of the trip cost will be deducted and the rest will be refunded as a credit note.
• Less than or 31 Days Before Departure – No refund will be provided.
