Wazwan: The legendary Kashmiri feast that features 36 dishes, including Rogan Josh (spiced lamb curry), Rista (meatballs in red gravy), Tabak Maaz (fried ribs), and Yakhni (yogurt-based mutton curry). Basically, if you don’t leave the table in a food coma, you’re doing it wrong.

Kahwa – This saffron, cinnamon, and almond-infused green tea is not just a drink; it’s a warm hug in a cup. As soon as you visit there, go to your nearest dry food store and some of it, i promise that all your tiredness and sickness will leave your body instantly.
